PRINCETON, N.J., March 26, 2001: Zargis Medical Corp., a newly formed company in which Siemens Corporate Research, Inc. (SCR), a subsidiary of Siemens Corporation, and SPEEDUS.COM, Inc. The Company also announced that it had changed its name from Sound Diagnostics, Inc. to Zargis Medical Corp. effective immediately.
Zargis Medical was formed to develop and market advanced diagnostic decision support products and services for primary care physicians and other Healthcare professionals.
